5- Wearing the wrong undergarments the halves regulate themselves, but if they're put away up there in tight undergarments, they ca n’t drop and sweat. Upgrade your undergarments to Sheath and avoid temperature deregulation and reduce sweaty, stinky odor( aka meaty mess). 

6- Getting a lack of sleep — your body will release cortisol, which blocks testosterone product. You need 7- 8 hours to have a big and sexy Big Al. 

7- Not using Big Al and the Twins — use it or lose it to be as meaty as possible. 

8- Drinking alcohol — beer has phytoestrogens from hops, which can beget testosterone situations to drop. Alcohol also can also help Big Al from getting up. When drinking, you may get wanton and have bad judgment as well. 

9- Not belting that rascal — vulnerable action can affect in gestation and STDs. Some STDs can have long- term impacts. 

10- Smoking cigarettes — vasoconstriction happens( aka less blood).
